Karasjok ( North Sami Karasjohka ) is a commune in the Norwegian province (county ) Finnmark.

Geography

Karasjok is located in the Norwegian part of the Sami settlement area on the banks of the river Karasjohka. The municipality is located close to the Finnish border and on the European road 6

Karasjok is next to Kautokeino the second center of the Sami.
