Kardzhali Province
The Oblast Kardzhali ( Bulgarian Област Кърджали, Turkish Kircaali ili ) is an administrative unit in southern Bulgaria. The largest city in the region is the same Kardzhali. The oblast is bordered to the east by the Oblast Haskovo, on the west by the Oblast Smolyan, in the north of the Oblast Plovdiv and Greece to the south.
