Karel Loprais

Karel also happens (born 4 March 1949 in Ostrava ) is a Czech rally driver and winner of the Dakar Rally six times in the category of trucks.

Loprais worked as a test driver for Tatra. He started a total of 17 times in the Paris-Dakar Rally and gained the control of the Tatras six times the first (1988, 1994, 1995, 1998, 1999 and 2001), four times the second (1987, 1996, 2000 and 2002 ) and once the third place (1992). Loprais is married and has two sons.
