Karin Erdmann

Karin Erdmann ( b. 1948 ) is a German mathematician who deals with representation theory, Homo logical algebra and other areas of algebra.

Erdmann was in 1976 at the Justus -Liebig- University of Giessen with Gerhard O. Michler doctorate (2 main blocks of groups and dihedral 2 - Sylow groups). She is a lecturer at the University of Oxford.

They dealt in particular with modular representation theory of finite groups, representation theory of the symmetric group and Hochschild cohomology of algebras.
