Karin Janke

Karin Johanna Maria Janke ( born October 14, 1963 in Wolfsburg) is a former German track and field athlete and Olympian, who won the bronze medal with the German 4 x 400 - meter relay at the European Championships 1994 ( 3:24,10 min: Karin Janke, Uta Rohländer, Heike Meissner, Anja Rücker ). In the 400 -meter run this European Championships she was disqualified in the intermediate run.

Karin Janke launched for the sports club VfL Wolfsburg. In 1990 and 1991 she was German champion in the 400 -meter run, 1993, she won over 400 meters in the hall. In her playing days, she was 1.78 m tall and weighed 59 kg.
