Karl Adams (mathematician)
Carl Adams ( born January 15, 1811 in Merscheid, † November 14, 1849 in Winterthur ) was a German mathematician and teacher.
Career
Carl Adams worked as a teacher in Trogen and in 1836 as a mathematics and physics teacher at the vocational school Winterthur and now also at the industrial school. With its Monographs he made major contributions to the introduction of modern geometry at high schools and vocational schools.
