Karl Alber

Karl Alber ( born September 17, 1948) is a former German football player.

Career

Already in his youth joined Alber for 1967/68 season of the Spvgg Frankenbach to VfR Heilbronn. The following year he was transferred to the gambling in the first amateur league first team, managed in the same year with the significant contribution of Karl Alber, the rise in the then existing license as a second class player under the league Regionalliga Süd. In the 1973/74 season he moved together with Reinhold Scherpp to Eintracht Bad Kreuznach, with which he ascended to the 2nd Bundesliga in 1975.

Karl Alber was 1986-2010 Mayor of Erlenbach and is now retired.
