Karl Ernst Rahtgens

Karl Ernst Rahtgens ( born August 27, 1908 in Lübeck, † August 30, 1944 in Berlin- Plotzensee ) was a German lieutenant colonel and resistance fighters.

He was married to Johanna Helene Rahtgens, née von Cramon His uncle was Field Marshal Günther von Kluge.

He was involved in the coup attempts of 20 July 1944, was arrested in Belgrade, sentenced to death by the People's Court on August 30 and was executed on the same day in Plotzensee.
