Karl Fuchs (politician)

Karl Fuchs ( born September 11, 1920 in Empertsreut, † March 31, 1989 in Passau ) was a German politician ( CSU).

Life and career

Party

Fuchs joined the CSU and was from 1963 to 1972 county chairman of the CSU Passau country. He then became Deputy District Chairman of the CSU Lower Bavaria.

Member of Parliament

Fox was 1960-1972 Council member of the community Grubweg, 1966-1972 Member of the District Council in the district of Passau, 1972-1974 Councillor of the City of Passau and 1966-1969 Member of the Bavarian Parliament.

The German Bundestag, he belonged to 1969-1977. He moved in the general election in 1969 over the national list of the CSU Bavaria in parliament. In the seventh and eighth legislature, he represented from 1972 to 1977 as a candidate for the parliamentary constituency of Passau. From 1977 to 1984 he was a member of the European Parliament.
