Karl-Heinz Florenz

Karl- Heinz Florenz ( born October 22, 1947 in Neukirchen ) is since 1989 the CDU MEP for North Rhine -Westphalia. In the European Parliament he is a member of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety and the Delegation for relations with the United States. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection and the Delegation to the EU -Mexico Joint Parliamentary Committee.

Karl- Heinz Florenz, was born on October 22, 1947 on his parents' farm in Neukirchen. In addition to the deputies work, he manages his farm for more than 30 years; he grows sugar beet, oilseed rape, cereals and maize.
