Karl Markt

Karl Markt ( born March 8, 1980 in Zams ) is an Austrian mountain bike racer and multiple national champion.

Career

With the mountain biking market began at the age of 15 years.

In 2005 and again in 2007 he was national champion in mountain bike marathon. Karl Markt launches today as a cyclist mainly in the mountain bike discipline cross country and won the 2011 national title. He is a member of the UCI MTB teams Felt Ötztal X -Bionic since 2012. This year, Karl took market for the Austrian team together with Elisabeth OSL and Alexander Gehbauer at the Summer Olympic Games in London in part and was ranked 20th
