Caroline Helena de Souza ( born April 24, 1990 in Paranaguá ) is a Brazilian Handball.

Caroline de Souza initially played in her home in AD Estrela de Guarulhos and UCS Caxias do Sul. In January 2011, she took the Hungarian Club Siófok KC under contract. In the summer of 2012, the left back playing actor joined the Austrian club Hypo Niederösterreich Austria. With Hypo she won the championship in 2013, the ÖHB Cup and the European Cup Winners' Cup. 2013 joined the Brazilian first division of the Danish team Holstebro TVis, in which it is used primarily in the right rear area.

Caroline de Souza belongs to the cadres of the Brazilian national team. With the Brazilian selection, she participated in the World Cup in 2013 and won the world title.
