Kassena-Nankana District

The Kassena - Nankana District is one of eight districts in the Upper East Region of Ghana, bordering the neighboring state of Burkina Faso.

Population

The population of the district is hardly grown since 1984 because there is a significant migration movement towards the southern parts of Ghana.
