Kassidy

Kassidy is a Scottish alternative folk - rock band. The band consists of Barrie - James O'Neill (vocals, guitar), Hamish Fingland (vocals, guitar ), Andrew Lewis (vocals, guitar, accordion, keyboards) and Chris Potter (vocals, guitar). The band was formed in late 2009 in Glasgow.

The quartet came through other bands and happiness to public appearances. Kassidy began to write and record their music in a residential community, which they converted later to their personal studio. They released a series of three EPs entitled The Rubbergum EP (Volume 1-3 ).

The EPs followed her debut album Hope St. on May 23, 2011. Already one year later, on April 30, 2012 the second album One Man Army came out. Both came in the Top 75 of the British charts. At the Open Air Festival T in the Park 2011 in Kinross Scottish Kassidy had a first major appearance. Short parts of it are seen in the film Rock in the Park director David Mackenzie.

On April 8, 2013, the band released their EP People Like Me on iTunes.

The band toured with Lana Del Rey on April 3, 2013 to May 31, 2013, their Paradise tour through Europe.
