Xaasongaxango is a Manding - Western language that is spoken as a native language of the Khassonké the border between Mali and Senegal as their mother tongue.

It has in all countries together account for about 128000-170000 speakers and is a national language of Mali. Xaasongaxango is very closely related to Malinke and the Mandinka.
