Kate Hall (singer)
Kate Hall ( born May 21 1983 in Harwich, England) is a Danish singer.
Life
Hall is the son of a Danish father and an English mother. She grew up since the age of four on in Allerød. As a child she took singing, piano and dance lessons. At the age of 12, she was accepted into the girls' choir of the Danish Radio. A year later came her first studio recordings for the British animated series Postman Pat. Experience in television, she gained as a presenter at the Danish music channel Voice TV.
Hall was from 2006 to 2008 engaged to singer Ben, with whom she Unconditionally 2007 with four singles titles, You're like music, I still love you so and Two Hearts recorded. Since May 2009 Hall is now romantically involved with the dancer and choreographer Detlef Soost. The first child of the couple was born on 11 February 2010. Detlef D! Soost already has two children, as it is with his ex-girlfriend for Hall 's first child. On 31 August 2012, the couple married in Berlin Nikolai Church in the presence of immediate family.
In January 2013, Kate Hall took with the song I'm not alone part of the Danish finals for the Euro Vision Song Contest.
In 2013, Kate Hall was a candidate in the VOX series Celebrity Shopping Queen. Aired the show on 24 February 2013.
Musical career
The breakthrough as a singer succeeded Hall after it was discovered by the German music producer Alex Christensen. With produced by Christensen Single Is There Anybody Out There? they reached in June 2005, the German charts.
Others
In the 7th, 8th and 10th season of Popstars in Germany and in the first season in Austria, she performed as a vocal coach.
