Kathrin Wörle-Scheller

Kathrin Worle - Scheller (born Wörle; born 18 February 1984 in Lindau, on Lake Constance ) is a German tennis player.

Career

Wörle - Scheller won three tournaments in a single date on the ITF Women's Circuit.

Her biggest success on the WTA tour she celebrated in 2009 with the first knockout round of the Tashkent Open ( Category International ) where they derived from the eventual tournament champion Shahar Peer of Israel 2-6, defeated 4:6. Your best Grand Slam results they achieved at the Australian Open, where she served as qualifier in 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2011 reached the first round.

In doubles, she was able to celebrate a number of successes: In 2008, she was defeated by the Russian Nina Brattschikowa in the final of the WTA tournament in Tashkent Ioana Raluca Olaru of mating and Olha Savchuk in the match tie-break with 7:10. She also won six ITF tournaments with changing partners.

Wörle was German team champion with the TC Radolfzell. In 2006, she also played for the German Fed Cup team.

In April 2013 Kathrin Worle married and since then bears the name Wörle - Scheller.
