Katrin Rutschow-Stomporowski

Katrin Rutschow - Stomporowski ( born April 2, 1975 in goods ) is a retired German rower and multiple Olympic champion.

Rutschow began in 1989 at SC Berlin with the rowing. Significantly influenced in their rowing technique it was Peter Kotoll, her coach from their teenage years. Beginning in 1997, launched Katrin eV for the rowing club at Wannsee and was supervised by the coaches Dieter Erm and from 2002 by Jutta Lau. She ended her rowing career in sport after the Olympic Games Athens 2004.

Rutschow studied at the University of Applied Sciences Lette-Verein in Berlin fashion design and graduated in 2001 from the owner. Katrin Rutschow married on 20 December 1999 Bernhard Stomporowski ( even a successful rower ) and has two children. Until 2007, she lived in Eglisau / Switzerland. She was at the Zurich lake club from 2005 to 2007 employed as a junior and senior trainer and led several teams to the Swiss Championships for the title; in addition, it oversaw the Swiss lightweight quadruple sculls at the FISA WC 2007. Between November 2007 and worked until July 2008 and again Katrin lived in Potsdam as an assistant coach of the national coach Jutta Lau. After the departure of Jutta Lau from the German Rowing Association (DRV ) 2008 Rutschow - Stomporowski got a job as a trainee with the provisional working Potsdam from the DRV.
