Katy Garbi
Keti Garbi (Greek Καίτη Γαρμπή, born June 8, 1963 in Egaleo at Athens; civil Katerina Garbi ) is a Greek singer of " Modern Laika " and pop music. Except in her native Greece it is also known in Cyprus, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Career
Her career began in 1987 when she sang a cover version of " Saint Trope ", which was extremely successful. Thus, she managed to get a record deal. She released the first album Prova, which made her a star. More albums as Gyalia Karfia and Endalma Silipseos moved even more in the Laiki - style. Among other things, she was entitled Ellada, chora tou fotos participant in the Euro Vision Song Contest in 1993 and reached 9th place there with Tou Fegariou Anapnoes she has experimented with pop music and reached gold status, further Platinum.
