Kaysha

Kaysha (actually Edward Mokolo Jr., born January 22, 1974 in Kinshasa ) is a French rapper, singer and producer.

Biography

Kaysha was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and moved at the age of seven years after France. Kaysha was known by the song " Bounce Baby", which uses a sample of West Indian band Kassav called Oulé and was just like "Telephone" released on his album I'm Ready.

The following album, Worldwide Chico, he worked with Wu- Tang Clan Killah Priest together. His song "On dit quoi ", from his third album It's All Love, was a big hit in Africa and at the same time the first publication, which appeared on his own label Sushiraw.

Kaysha is furthermore a successful music producer. He produced, among other songs for the most famous artists of the Afro-Caribbean scene, such as Passi, Solaar, Jacob Desvarieux, Soumia, Elizio, Ludo, and others.

The influx of fans got Kaysha primarily by the fact that he literally thousands of shows hosted in Africa, the West Indies and anywhere in the world.

He can be seen frequently on CNN Inside Africa in their format.
