Kazimierz Czarnecki

Kazimierz Czarnecki ( born March 5, 1948 in Ostróda ) is a former Polish weightlifter.

Career

Kazimierz Czarnecki started in the sport club " Swit " Nowym Dworze Mazowiecky with the weight lifting. Its discoverer was Tadeusz Gołębiowski and his first coaches were Stanislaus Życiński and Marian Jankowski. When he aufrückte in the squad of the Polish national team, assisted him Klemens Roguski and August Dziedzic.

In 1971 he won first regional successes. The jump in the Olympic team but he is not from 1972. However, in 1976 he won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in the lightweight. Noteworthy was his strength in the snatch, where in 1976 he even set a world record.
