KEGOC

The Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company ( KEGOC ) is a state-owned energy companies in Kazakhstan, with headquarters in Astana. It operates the Kazakh power grid and is 100 percent owned by Samruk - Kazyna.

The Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company was founded on 11 July 1997 by decision of the government of Kazakhstan to the power grid to reorganize. It operates the high- voltage network to 100 percent and 40 percent share of the Kazakh low-voltage grid.
