Keith Aucoin

Keith Aucoin ( born November 6, 1978 in Waltham, Massachusetts) is an American professional ice hockey player who is since July 2013 with the St. Louis Blues in the National Hockey League under contract and in parallel for their AHL farm team, the Chicago Wolves, is used.

Career

Keith Aucoin began his career as a hockey player to the team of Norwich University, for their hockey team he played from 1997 to 2001 a total of four years. He then moved on 19 June 2001 as a free agent with the Lowell Lock Monsters of the American Hockey League. However, a large part of the season spent Aucoin in the United Hockey League, where he was in the 2001/ 02 season, a total of 44 games for the BC Icemen completed. Also this season, he played for the Florida Everblades of the East Coast Hockey League, for which he came in one game to use. On 2 August 2002 Aucoin changed again as a free agent with the Providence Bruins of the AHL.

For the 2003/ 04 season, Aucoin has been committed by the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, but he played exclusively for their farm team in the AHL, the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. During the following season the Americans stood a second time at the Providence Bruins under contract. On 4 August 2005 Aucoin received as a free agent contract with the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes. In his first season at Carolina, he played a total of 72 times for their AHL farm team, the Lowell Lock Monsters, and made ​​his debut in the National Hockey League, where he was deployed six times to end of season. The following two years Aucoin played mainly for Carolinas new AHL farm team, the Albany River Rats.

On 3 July 2008 Aucoin signed as a free agent with the Washington Capitals, but he was delivered to the cadres of the Farm Team Hershey Bears.

In July 2013 he signed a one year contract with the St. Louis Blues. There he stood for pre-season training in the extended squad, but could not prevail, and was re- released to the Chicago Wolves, the farm team of the Blues in September 2013.
