Keith R. Porter Lecture

The Keith R. Porter Lecture is an award from the American Society for Cell Biology ( ASCB ) in memory of Keith R. Porter, which is awarded annually since 1982 at the annual meeting of the Scientific Society to an outstanding cell biologist. Members of the ASCB may propose to the President and Program Committee one winner, who will give a presentation at the annual meeting.

Six of the winners later received a Nobel Prize, three of the winners were already Nobel Prize winners, as they held the Keith R. Porter Lecture.
