Kellett Autogiro Corporation

The Kellett Autogiro Corporation was an American aircraft manufacturer.

History

The KAC was founded in 1929 with headquarters in Horsham (Philadelphia ) by Wallace Kellett ( 1891-1951 ). Kellett Autogiro Corporation initially produced gyroplane under license from the Spanish Juan de la Cierva and then developed his own helicopter models that have been used in the Air Force (United States Army Air Forces) and later in the United States Air Force. It is unclear how many years the Kellett Aircraft Corporation was. There is also no more, that since the 1960s, more military contracts were awarded vouchers.
