Kelmentsi

Kelmenzi (Ukrainian Кельменці; Russian Кельменцы / Kelmenzy, Romanian Chelmenţi ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Chernivtsi Oblast. In the eastern part of the oblast near the border with Moldova, about 69 km north-east of Chernivtsi and about 5 kilometers away from the south running border with Moldova.
