Kemal Åžahin

Kemal Şahin ( born in 1955 in Konya, Turkey) is a German -Turkish entrepreneurs.

Life and career

Şahin came in 1972 in the Federal Republic of Germany to study engineering in Aachen. With the end of his studies he received the order to leave the country. After a New Business, which he financed with during the holidays in mining -earned money, he escaped deportation. From the opened out of necessity typical German -Turkish gift shop, the Santex GmbH, one of the largest textile companies developed.

In 1997, the entrepreneur, the first German Entrepreneur of the year. 2004-2006 he was the first president of the Turkish- German Chamber of Commerce. Şahin, founder and owner of Şahinler Group / Holding Şahinler. He is involved as chairman of the enter prize jury in engaged -in- nrw.de.
