Ken Davitian

Ken Davitian ( born June 19, 1953 in Los Angeles ) is an American actor.

Career

Davitians family is originally from Armenia.

His first appearance was Ken Davitian 1977 in Comedy American Raspberry as a portly bartender. After this role, he disappeared temporarily from the scene and played until 1991 again a role in the film Talkin 'Dirty After Dark. Since 1991 Davitian played some minor roles in series like Ghost Whisperer or SWAT - The special unit, The Closer, Boston Legal, ER, Six Feet Under - Died always or Gilmore Girls. The series appearances were limited to one or two episodes. He also appeared as an extra on the series King of Queens. ( Season 3 Episode 20).

Davitian was primarily known for the role of Azamat Bagatov, the companion of Sacha Baron Cohen in Borat and as King Xerxes in the movie Meet the Spartans.

He is seen in the film Get Smart (2008) as Shtarker alongside Steve Carell, Alan Arkin and "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson.

Furthermore, he also had an appearance in the music video "Stand Inside Your Love" by The Smashing Pumpkins. At the MTV Movie Awards 2007, he was nominated along with Sacha Baron Cohen for Best Film struggle.

Davitian is married to Ellen Baca and has two children.
