Reviews

"The award of the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen is going on, Kengere ' by Peter Tukei Muhumuza. The film offers the care, intelligence and tenderness, imagination, with a whole different world here was created by hand - a world whose daily lives are to massive human rights violations. Animation and documentation found here together brilliantly. "

It is used too much time when you consider how little information you get. Too much of the artist remains with incomprehensible details. This is a shame, because it evaluates this, otherwise excellent, cinematic achievement from which tries to explain with the simplest means, what is so hard to understand yet.
