Ken’ichi Suzumura

Ken'ichi Suzumura (Japanese铃 村 健 一, Suzumura Ken'ichi, born September 12, 1974 in Niigata Prefecture ) is a Japanese voice actor ( seiyū ) and singer. It belongs to the agency Arts Vision.

His training as a voice actor he made at Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyujo. In 1994, Suzumura his debut role in Macross 7 His most famous roles include Hikaru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club, Shinn Asuka Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, Sogo Okita in Gintama, Lavi in D.Gray -Man, and Ryutaros Kamen Rider series Kamen Rider Den -O. Usually he is by his fans and other fellow seiyū Suzu, Muraken called (especially by Soichiro Hoshi seiyū colleague and other fans ) and Suzuken. He is currently also part of the group STA MEN seiyū together with Jun'ichi Suwabe, Daisuke Kishio, Hiroki Takahashi, Hiroyuki Yoshino, Makoto Yasumura, and Kosuke Toriumi.

On 8 August 2011 he married his fellow Maaya Sakamoto.

Since 2008, Suzumura has launched a singing career and is under contract with Lantis. As a solo artist, he writes his songs himself Among other things, he had issued in the past in connection with radio broadcasts hosted by him some CDs. Besides as a solo artist, he also published since 2009 with his colleague Iwata Mitsuo under their group name CONNECT CD albums and singles. • Suzumura occasionally works with seiyū colleague and friend Takahiro Sakurai together, including since 2003 as co-host of the radio show Cherry Bells.
• He is also a friend of the seiyū Hiroki Takahashi and colleagues Mitsuo Iwata, with the latter he co- hosted the radio show since 2003 Sweet Ignition.
• His younger brother Masaki Suzumura works in the film industry and has made guest appearances in various seiyū radio shows with Ken'ichi Suzumura. The fans were surprised how similar the two sounded itself, only that Masakis voice was slightly higher.
• Suzumura grew up in poverty. In his childhood his family was traveling a lot to different places in Japan, among other things, she lived in Niigata, Osaka, Okayama and Fukuoka.
