Kenneth Snelson

Kenneth Snelson ( born June 29, 1927 in Pendleton, Oregon) is an American artist and sculptor.

Work

Main theme of his work is the interaction of physical forces, mainly the pressure and pulling action in space. He usually provides the means of solid metal tubes and flexible wires dar. Together with Richard Buckminster Fuller, his former teachers at Black Mountain College, the invention of tensegrity, he is credited.
