Kent Olsson (orienteering)

Kent Olsson (born 1958 ) is a Swedish orienteers, who won seven World Championship medals 1983-1991, including 1987 gold medal in singles. Three times, namely 1982, 1986 and 1987, he was honored by Swedish sports journalists to orienteer of the year in Sweden.

Olsson made ​​in 1982 with his two titles at the Swedish Championships (long distance and night skiing) attention. At the Nordic Championships in the same year in Bornholm he finished third. In 1983, his World Cup debut with rank 10 in singles. With the team he won the bronze medal. After Olsson he has not participated in the World Championships 1985 1987 in Gerardmer world champion.
