Kenya Revenue Authority FC ( KRA ) is a Kenyan football club based in Nairobi, who since 2014 in the Kenyan Premier League ( KPL), the top league of Kenya plays. Play their home games, the club from the Nyayo National Stadium, and Nairobi City Stadium.

History

From November 2005, coached Ken Kenyatta, a former goalkeeper of the Kenyan national football team, youth from Nairobi's suburbs, taking with them part in local tournaments. In 2006 he registered the football club at the Kenya Football Federation and won the Kenya Revenue Authority as a sponsor.

In their first season, 2006 /07 KRA played in the second division of Kenya and reached there in third place in Group B. In the national cup, the President's Cup, they reached the quarter-finals to face Gir Mahia. The following season was second KRA FC the league and reached the KFF Cup, the renamed National Cup, in the semi-final, which they again lost to Gor Mahia 2-1. 2009 KRA missed a promotion place by just one point, they closed the season off on the third place. In the national cup (FKL Cup) they lost in the second round against Posta Rangers 1:3. In the 2010 season KRA again reached the third place in the second division, 2011 but slipped back to fifth place and in 2012 they finished the season in tenth place in the middle of the zone A. IM FK Cup but could KRA reach the quarter-finals they lost 0-2 lost gegenSofapaka. In the 2013 season was the first KRA Zone A, Group 1 of the second division and qualified as for the relegation game against the Posta Rangers. After a 2-2 draw in normal time they won the penalty shootout 5-4, an increase in the KPL. After the rise of the club moved to the Home of the Public Service Grounds to Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi City Stadium and Kasarani Stadium.
