Template: Infobox River / Obsolete

The boiler is a left tributary of the Danube. It rises on the mountain hunger in Aufhausen ( Forheim ) and is 36.5 km long.

First, the boiler flows to the east. From Diemantstein ( Bissingen ) it meanders to the north at the Sonnenberg and Jews mountain pass until after sub- lean leg ( Mönchsdeggingen ) and then turns back southeast to Donaumünster. From here it flows along the Danube to the east and flows into the Danube at Wörth in the Danube. On their way to the mouth it usually crosses agricultural land. Some of them also flows through some small towns like Amerdingen, Bissingen, Donaumünster and Erlingshofen. Worth the Kesseltal is particularly between Thalheim and lower lean leg with its beautiful scenery.

Water pollution in 2006

On 14 July 2006 reached about 100 cubic meters of manure into the river. Reason was a biogas plant in Eglingen ( Oberdischingen ), which was not used properly. Many fish died, and the water was contaminated at least until Thalheim.
