Kevin Kampl ( born October 9, 1990 in Solingen, Germany ) is a Slovenian football player. He currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg.

Birth and childhood

Kevin Kampl's parents had emigrated before he was born from the then Yugoslavian city of Maribor and settled in Solingen. In Solingen, the parents worked at a car dealership. In 1990, Kevin Kampl in Solingen born and grew up there as well.

Initial experience in the active region

Kevin Kampl began playing football at the Bambinis VfB Solingen.
