Kevin Kampl ( born October 9, 1990 in Solingen, Germany ) is a Slovenian football player. He currently plays for Red Bull Salzburg.
Birth and childhood
Kevin Kampl's parents had emigrated before he was born from the then Yugoslavian city of Maribor and settled in Solingen. In Solingen, the parents worked at a car dealership. In 1990, Kevin Kampl in Solingen born and grew up there as well.

Association
Initial experience in the active region
Kevin Kampl began playing football at the Bambinis VfB Solingen. In the aftermath Kampl convinced the offspring of Solingen and fell classifiers of Bundesliga Bayer 04 Leverkusen, where he completed a trial. As a result, changed Kampl 1997 in offspring of the association. Here he went through all the youth teams and was used from 2008 in the Regional team.
Professional contract and loan to SpVgg Greuther Fürth
In March 2010 Kampl received a professional contract in Leverkusen, but did not arrive until end of the season in the first team to use. For the 2010/11 season he moved on loan to the then second division club SpVgg Greuther Fürth. His professional debut came on 29 October 2010 when he came on Matchday tenth of the 2nd Bundesliga. In the Fürth is Kampl could win a regular place, this also injuries played a role. Then the loan agreement was terminated in January 2011.
Unsuccessful return and service providers in Osnabrück
At Bayer 04 Leverkusen he played even almost exclusively in the fourth division team, but he was also included in the squad for the first team and came on 24 February 2011 at the Europa League game against Metalist Kharkiv on his first competitive use in Leverkusen.

About Aalen to Salzburg
After only one year Kampl used in summer 2012 an agreed upon in his contract release clause, according to which he could go for a transfer fee of 200,000 euros to a higher category club, and left the Osnabrück again. He joined the VfR Aalen, who had risen different from Osnabrück to the 2nd Bundesliga, and there wrote a four-year contract. National
Kampl has completed seventeen games since 2009 for the Slovenian U-21 national team, in which he scored two goals. End of May 2012, he was also the first in the squad of the national team when he was nominated for a friendly match against Greece. However, he did not play. It was only on October 12, 2012, he made his debut for Slovenia in the World Cup qualifier at home to Cyprus ( 2-1 ) when he came on in the 68th minute for Zlatko Dedič.
