Kevin Kim
Kevin Kim ( born July 26, 1978 in Torrance ) is an American tennis player of Korean descent.
Career
After graduating from high school at the Palmer Preparatory Academy in Tampa, Florida, he was accepted as a tennis player at the University of California in Los Angeles, later he left this however again. He won eleven titles on the Challenger Tour, nine in singles and two in doubles. On the ATP Tour level, he reached the finals in 2001 in Houston, he was defeated at the side of Jim Thomas, however, the Indians Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes clear in two sets. His best Grand Slam result it reached in 2005 at the French Open, when he moved to the last sixteen.
