Kevin Lalande

Kevin Lalande (born 19 February 1987 in Kingston, Ontario ) is a Belarusian- Canadian professional ice hockey goalie who has a contract with HC Dinamo Minsk in the Kontinental Hockey League since July 2011.

Career

Kevin Lalande began his career as a hockey player for the Belleville Bulls, for by 2007 he was active from 2003 in the Canadian Junior Football League Ontario Hockey League. During this period, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2005 in the fifth round as the 128th overall player of the Calgary Flames, for which he, however, never played. Instead, the goalkeeper of 2007 stood until 2009 for their farm team Quad City Flames of the American Hockey League and the Las Vegas Wranglers in the ECHL on the ice. During the season 2008/ 09 he moved within the AHL to the Syracuse Crunch, where he was employed in the following one and a half seasons. In Syracuse the Canadians reached a convincing Gegentorschnitt 2.26 or 2.86, as well as a catch rate of 92.7 % and 91.2 %, so that he was obliged for the season 2010/11 Vityaz Chekhov of the Kontinental Hockey League from.

Since July 2011 he is the HC Dinamo Minsk under contract.
