Kevin Thomson ( born October 14, 1984 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a Scottish football player in the service of first division club Hibernian. He is related to the former Rangers striker Steve McLean.

Sports career

In his youth, Thomson played at Peebles Thristle and Hutchison Vale, a club from his hometown of Edinburgh. His first professional club was FC Hibernian, where he signed a contract in 2003.
