Key West

Key West is an island of the Florida Keys in the Gulf of Mexico. It forms the main part of the existing of several islands of the same city.

The island is approximately six miles long and three miles wide, the highest elevation is six meters above the sea level. It has an area of 13.6 km ².

Key West is the westernmost island of the Florida Keys, which can be reached by land via the Overseas Highway. On it is also the southernmost point of the heartland of the United States.
