Kežmarok District

The Okres Kežmarok ( German Käsmark district ) is an administrative unit in eastern Slovakia with a population of 70,845 (31 December 2011 ) and an area of ​​629.9 km ².

Historically, the district is almost entirely in the former county Zips, a small part in the Levočské Bergen ( Levočské Hills ) on the river Torysa part of the former county Sáros (see also List of historic counties of Hungary ).
