KF Laçi

Klubi Futbollit Laçi (KF Laçi ) is an Albanian football club from the city Laç. The club was founded in 1965 under the name of industrialization Laçi and plays its home matches at the Stadiumi Laçi that has space for around 5,000 spectators. The first promotion to the top division, the Kategoria Superiore, managed the club 1992. 2009 reached the summit again. In between Laçi had also played in the third division Kategoria e Dyte.

As a fourth place in 2009/ 10, KF Laçi qualified for an international competition for the first time, the UEFA Europa League. KF Laçi moved by, as KS Besa Kavaja had doubly qualified, but resigned after the first qualifying round against Dnjapro Mogilev Belarus: After a home draw the return leg 7-1 was lost.

The 2011/12 season is almost equally well finished. The KF Laçi but six points were taken off because of unrest in the stadium. 2013 Laçi was only seventh in the championship, but first won the Albanian Cup football. In the Europa League but the club separated already in the first round against FC Differdange 03 from Luxembourg.
