Khadyr Saparlyev

Hydyr Saparlyýew (born 1958 ) is a Turkmen politician.

Saparlyýew in 1982, studying engineering at the Turkmen Polytechnic from. He holds a Master's degree in Science and Engineering. In 2004 Saparlyýew was appointed Minister of Education. From October 2005 on, he was Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Armenia. Since 2007 he is again minister of education in the country as well as Deputy Prime Minister.
