Khaemwaset (20th dynasty)

Khaemwaset (including Cha -em- Waset ) was a son of Ramesses III. and possibly the third oldest. He bore the title of " Sem- Priest of Ptah ", and appears in the prince procession of Medinet Habu in eighth place. The sarcophagus in his grave QV44 in the Valley of the Queens bears an inscription dating to the reign of Ramses IV. The mummy of Khaemwaset has not been found, but indicated the careful design of its consummate tomb not to a premature death down. The title " Eldest King's Son " and "First King's Son ", which also occur in some of his brothers, he is wearing in QV44 and there seem to be only of religious significance. Other well-known titles are " lord of life of both countries" and " fan-bearer on the right hand of the king ."
