Khamerernebty I

Chamerernebti I. is the name of an ancient Egyptian princess and queen of the 4th dynasty in the Old Kingdom. She was a daughter of the King ( Pharaoh) Cheops or the Radjedef. She was also the wife of Khafre and the mother of King Menkaure.

In addition to her son and later regent Menkaure is still a daughter named Chamerernebti II of her known. In this grave daughter Chamerernebti I. is mentioned in a prominent place.

The grave of Chamerernebti I himself is not known to this day.
