Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute

The National Technical University " Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute " (Ukrainian: Національний технічний університет " Харківський політехнічний інститут "; Russian Харьковский политехнический институт ) is a technical college in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. The University of Kharkiv is the largest and oldest technical university in the eastern Ukraine. It was founded in 1885 and now has 25,000 enrolled students (as of 2011).
