The Khartum ( Khartoum and Khartoum International Airport or Civil) is the international airport of Khartoum in Sudan.

The airport is located on the eastern edge of the city districts of Khartoum 2 and Amarat, about two miles southeast of the city center Souk al -Arabi.

The airport has four terminals. In addition to the domestic terminal is one each for incoming and outgoing international flights. Another terminal is located at the southern end of the airport and was specially built for the increased passenger traffic during the Hajj. Outside the pilgrims times UNAMID uses the terminal. The current international departure terminal of the airport was opened in 1992 and built according to plans by Abdalla Abbas Habib.

The airport is to be replaced in the future by an airport with two 4,000 -meter runways, some 40 kilometers south of Omdurman.
