Khartsyzk
Charzysk (Ukrainian Харцизьк; Russian Харцызск / Khartsyzsk ) is an industrial city in the Donetsk Oblast in eastern Ukraine with 59 426 inhabitants ( 2013). Charzysk is a city of regional significance.

History
Founded on December 21, 1869 at a railway station of the city grew with the advent of coal - mining and steel industry and has developed into an industrial city. Since 1938, the city, Charzysk has the status of an independent city since 1962.
Geography
Charzysk is in the Donets Basin, about 30 km east of the Oblastzentrum Donetsk. at the trunk road N21.
