Khelvachauri Municipality

Municipality Chelwatschauri (Georgian ხელვაჩაურის მუნიციპალიტეტი ) is a municipality ( county ) in Georgia, in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The administrative center of the municipality is Chelwatschauri Chelwatschauri. The area is 41 331 ha, the municipality has 94,000 inhabitants.

In the east it is the municipality of Keda, bounded on the north by the municipality Kobuleti, in the west of the city of Batumi and the Black Sea and to the south by Turkey ( with the province of Artvin ).
