Khetag Gazyumov

Chetag Ruslanowitsch Gosjumow (Russian Хетаг Русланович Гозюмов ​​, Azerbaijani Xetaq Qozyumov; born April 24, 1983 in Suadag at Alagir, Nordossetische ASSR, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is an Azerbaijani wrestler Ossetian origin. He was European champion in 2009 and won at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, a bronze medal each in free style at light heavyweight (up to 96 kg body weight).

Career

Chetag Gasjumow grew up in the belonging to Russia North -Ossetian Suadag. He came in 1990 to wrestle and developed even in the junior age at an outstanding freestyle wrestler. His international career began with a win at the Junior European Championships in 2002 in Tirana at light heavyweight. He won there before Mohamed Said Bingöl, Turkey and Sviad Sisauri from Iran.
