Khuda

Khoda or Khuda (Persian خدا ) is the Persian word for the one God in the Koran and the Bible. He is also as Khodamard [lit " God Family " (similar to - nejad )] or Khoda also known as the family name.

Some Persians say that it is the proper name of God is " Khoda ". Another word for God in Persian language is " Ya Hou ", which pronounced the same as the original Hebrew word for God, Yahweh, sounds.

The word is composed of the first part of " Khod ", which translates as "self " means, and the suffix "-a", which means " the funds will come " means. Thus, the word " Khoda " with " get ready to be " or " come to be " translating. In other words, by "I " is for " ego " to one's own, one can find the force that can fix anything. By this is meant, who finds his own ego, which can help God or Khoda.

The greeting " Khuda Hafiz " ( May God protect you ) is mainly known in Persian and Kurdish and is used by Muslims in South Asia.
